- Abstract
The article discusses raw milk advocacy in the context of the U.S. First Amendment Free Speech clause. Topics discussed include the debate amongst advocates and opponents of raw milk, the restrictions in raw milk advertising, the government regulations that require warning labels affixed to bottles or posted at the point of sale informing consumers about the risks posed by raw milk to particular populations, and the advocacy's implications for public health officials.
