- Abstract
The article presents a study regarding the effect of the herbicides hexazinone, 2,4-D, triclopyr, and glyphosate on the growth of three ectomycorrhizal fungi species. The study uses three ectomycorrhizal fungi species including Cenococcum geophilum, Pisolithus tinctorius, and Hebeloma longicaudum which stock solutions are filter-sterilized using cellulose acetate or nitrocellulose membrane filters. The study has found that the herbicides reduced the growth of the ectomycorrhizal fungi species.
