The article offers information on the efforts of Louisiana's Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ) to support the improvement of wastewater and infrastructure projects in Louisiana. It mentions that the amount worth 43 million dollars were allotted by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 to LDEQ. It offers information on State Revolving Fund (SRF) program formed by former U.S. President, Ronald Reagan.
