The article presents a case study of a female infant of 6 months who was hospitalized for administration of transvenous antibiotics. After 2 weeks she became afebrile, and a prominent conjunctival injection developed bilaterally. The article further discusses endogenous candida endophthalmitis and the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
