The article presents a study which examines the input of experienced project managers for guidance to proper resolution in stakeholder management. It explores a series of case studies pertaining to troubled projects with critical and serious issues and resolutions employed by stakeholders. It also examines cases where stakeholder management were required to rescue a troubled project.
