- Title
CHAD J. SHANDLER, CREDITOR TRUSTEE OF INSILCO TECHNOLOGIES, INC. V. DLJ MERCHANT BANKING, INC., ET AL.
- Abstract
The article discusses a court case wherein fiduciary illegal working is conducted by controlling stockholder of Insilco Holding Co. The Federal Bankruptcy Court dismissed most of the complaints against the directors and DLJ entities because the complaint failed to state a claim or state an exculpated duty of care claim. It states that KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. argued for dismissing the claims on them because it is governed by Ohio Law and it does not recognize such claims.
