- Abstract
Tessicini insists in particular on the last two chapters, which offer important stimuli for reflection on the coherence of Bruno's investigations, although with important variations with respect to his previous works (especially with regard to the motions of the planets, which Bruno describes in I De immenso i as following spiral rather than circular paths), in particular the I Cena de le Ceneri i . Tra circoli e spirali: i moti planetari e la rilettura del De revolutionibus di Copernico", pp. 103-122) guides the reader through Bruno's interpretation of Copernicus' I De revolutionibus i , as expounded in the third book of I De immenso i . Francesco Fiorentino (Naples, 1879), 196-197, where Bruno specifies that he has examined in I De minimo i what is innate, in I De monade i what he has heard and, finally, in I De immenso i what he has discovered.
