The article discusses laws related to frustration of contracts in construction projects in Australia. Topics discussed include frustrating event bringing in a situation different from that contemplated by the parties at the time of making the contract, occurrence of a frustrating event during the performance of the contract, and discharging of unperformed obligations by either party. It mentions inserting appropriately worded clauses for bearing risk of frustrating events.
