- Abstract
The article presents a study which analyses predictive performance of serial tissue polypeptide antigen (TPA) testing after curative intent resection for detection of recurrence of colorectal malignancy. Topics include analysis of serum samples of patients during follow-up after surgery, investigation of additive value of tissue polypeptide antigen testing, and conclusion of TPA as a poor predictor for recurrent disease during follow-up.
