- Abstract
In this article, the author presents his views on various aspects related to the profession of pharmacists. He discusses the satisfaction felt by pharmacists while helping the needy patients and the lack of social recognition received by their role in the industry. Further, he reflects on the association of the philosophical concept of categorical imperative introduced by German philosopher Immanuel Kant in relation to the profession of pharmacists.
