- Abstract
The article focuses on Florida's new and proposed rules on attorney advertising. The Florida Supreme Court adopted on November 2, 2006 changes to the rules that regulates advertising on radio and television, while adoption of a set of proposed rules on Web site regulation on advertising is pending. The article concluded that the new rules adopted are in violation of the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution.
