- Abstract
Background of the Study: This study has been written in accordance with the article and the books in this field. Purpose of the Study: İn the first place the purpose of this study is to show the appreciation of Mustafa Necati Uğural for Teachers and secondarily to bring up his great support for the educational revolutionary. Main Discussion: Mustafa Necati who born in İzmir in 1894, had graduated from Istanbul School of Law afterwards went back to İzmir and has been a teacher at the Professional Teacher's Girl School in İzmir. Then he and his friends, Hüseyin Vasıf (Çınar), have established The Eastern High School “Şark İdadisi” and also apart from that he has published a newspaper called “İzmir'e Doğru” together with Hüseyin Vasıf Bey,.But the important task of him is to be charged as deputy Ministry of Education and has fulfilled this task between December 20 1925 - January 1 1929. During this period of deputy Ministry of Education, he had carried out this important mission subject on educating well qualified teachers and one of the most significant reform that was alphabet revolution, was realized in this period…“National Educating and Education Department” and “Language Committee” also was established in this period. Turkey, during Mustafa Necati's period, was divided into 13 Educational Zone. Mustafa Necati, immediately after “National School organizational Regulations had been into force in November 24 1928, the open day of National Academy on Tuesday January 1 1929,died. Conclusion: there is a section on his life which brings up his approach to the teacher.
