- Abstract
The article presents an case study of a rare and complex congenital anomaly in a 57-year-old man, in which an anomalous infra-cardiac right pulmonary venous return was unmasked by the inability to advance a pulmonary artery catheter. Topics discussed include the presentation of a rare congenital anomaly, the diagnostic challenges and findings, and the importance of Computed Tomography (CT) imaging in identifying the anomaly.
