The article presents a case study of a 16-year-old girl presented with 11 months of migrainous headaches with the history of febrile upper respiratory infection. It notes diagnosis of Idiopathic hypertrophic pachymeningitis; and also mentions treatment with High-dose intravenous steroids and rituximab.
