- Abstract
The article presents a case study of 42-year-old man with concealed accessory pathway who was referred for a catheter ablation of the atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia (AVRT). Topics discussed include left atrium (LA) myocardium and coronary sinus (CS) musculature that are connected with striated muscle fibers, tachycardia cycle length alternation at the time of AVRT, and ventricular pacing.
