An essay is presented related to the substantive due process which recognizes the human right in the lived experiences of human beings. It mentions a court case Romer v. Evans which has been filed in the U.S. Supreme Court. The author co-relates a same sex marriage held in California with an analytic priori, a synthetic posteriori and synthetic priori type arguments.
