The article discusses color-blind diversity and a disparity in judicial misconduct cases in America, focusing on a overview of American judiciary selection and discipline procedures, as well as information about judicial independence and accountability in the U.S. State judges and courts in America are mentioned, along with research regarding gender and race in cases involving sanctions against U.S. judges. Judicial discipline actions involving female judges and women of color are examined.
