- Abstract
The article focuses on how U.S. corporations exploit H-1B visas to the detriment of American workers, and it suggests for legal changes to end the abuse. Topics disvussed include history and development of the H-1B visa program over time; enactment of Immigration and Nationality Act for protecting American workers, while also ensuring the just treatment of foreign workers; and amendments made to immigration law by the Congress.
