In this article, the authors presents analysis of various papers presented at the conference titled "ReCalibrating Copyright: Continuity, Contemporary Culture, and Change" by professors Craig Joyce, Wendy Gordon, and Jacqueline Lipton. Topics discussed in the conference include the function and scope of copyright law in the U.S., international intellectual property law, and the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS).
