The article presents a research of Marc Miskin and Heinrich Jaeger that explores on the diverse varieties of grain shapes and computer algorithms that emulate evolution in the U.S. They discovered that composite grains are formed by two to five equal sizes of spherical particles connected in non-branched shapes. Moreover, they found that the grains are very large to encounter thermal fluctuations.
