- Abstract
The article discusses the constitutional reform for protected Article V Constitutional convention in the U.S. It evaluates runaway convention risks based in the constitutional text, structure and purpose of its provision. It suggests to add protection on the said convention and ensure that the constitutional road to change will be defined clearly. An overview of its inception is also presented which was part of the Virginia Plan introduced to the Philadelphia Convention on May 29, 1787.
