- Abstract
The article discusses the Righthaven LLC holding company and the copyright infringement claim process known as copyright trolling which commonly involves a company which acts in a reportedly overly aggressive manner in terms of the enforcement of its copyrights as of November 2012. The work of the Electronic Freedom Foundation intellectual property advocacy group is addressed, along with Righthaven LLC's attempts to protect newspaper articles from infringement are examined.
