- Abstract
The article discusses various issues related to the judgments given by the U.S. Supreme Court based on Dormant Commerce Clause (DCC). It presents economic analysis and antitrust law to bear on traditional DCC doctrine. It is given that the negative implication of the Commerce Clause restricts state taxation that discriminates against. It is also defined that DCC combines state economic discrimination and protects free trade.
