The article offers information on the U.S.'s commitment towards private international political communications, according to the company, Free Europe Inc. in the U.S. It offers information on the establishment of the company, in the year 1949, with represents the U.S. commitment for Europe. It presents information on the formulation of the Declaration of Policy, by the National Conference in the year 1950. It mentions that the purpose of the company was to help people in several countries including, Poland, Hungary and Romania.
