- Abstract
The aim of this study was to measure WBCs count, hemoglobin level and copper level of (35) blood samples from the Bakery workers in addition to 10 samples of blood from natural persons selected as control group. The sample collection period continued throughout August of 2018. The results showed low significance difference (P≤0.05) in the hemoglobin level in the bakery worker group (12.837 ± 1.573) compared to control group (16.34 ± 0.789). The study also showed a low significant difference (P ≤ 0.05) in the number of white blood cells in the blood of the workers (5895.833 ± 1399.838) compared with control group (6070 ± 1287.59) and low significant decrease (P≤0.05) (358.04 ± 125.82) and (380.94 ± 155.72), respectively.
