- Abstract
The article focuses on the arguments based on a doctrinal trifecta on dissolution of fundamental relationships reflecting over the cases "Williams v. North Carolina," "Boddie v. Connecticut," and "Hughes v. Fetter." The case "Williams v. North Carolina," calls for the deconstructed marriage while "Boddie v.
