- Abstract
Taking the pine cauliflower variety Lihe Qingjing 100 days as the material, set CK1 (no fertilization), CK2 (conventional fertilization), T1 (balanced fertilization), T2 (balanced fertilization + 3000 kg hm-2 biological organic fertilizer), T3 ( Balanced fertilization + 6000 kg hm-2 biological organic fertilizer) and T4 (balanced fertilization + 12000 kg hm-2 biological organic fertilizer) 6 treatments to study the effects of different treatments on the nutrient quality and the quantity and content of volatile substances in the flower bulbs of pine cauliflower The results showed that: compared with CK2, the combined application of bio-organic fertilizers with chemical fertilizers (T2~T4 treatments) can help increase the nutrient content and the quantity and content of volatile substances in pine cauliflower bulbs. Compared with CK2, T3 treatment of pine cauliflower The vitamin C content of the ball was significantly increased (P<0.05) by 17.6%; the Ca content in the pine cauliflower bulb under T2 and T3 treatments was significantly increased (P<0.05) by 14.3% and 36.8%, respectively. T2 and T3, T4 treatments in the lower pine cauliflower The number of volatile substances in the balls increased by 8, 12, and 13 respectively compared with CK2, and the content of ketones increased by 3.4, 2.9, and 7.1 times compared with CK2. In addition, compared with CK2, T2 and T3 treatments had The types and contents of characteristic volatile substances of green, fruity and floral aromas have increased. The comprehensive evaluation results of principal component analysis based on nutritional quality indicators and volatile substances indicators show that the scores of the six treatments from high to low are T3> T2>T4>CK2>T1>CK1. Under the experimental conditions, the balanced fertilization scheme with a 30% reduction in chemical fertilizers compared with conventional fertilization combined with 6000 kg·hm-2 bio-organic fertilizer treatment has the best overall quality of pine cauliflower bulbs.
