- Abstract
The article offers information regarding the history of Freemasonry by Italian immigrants in Egypt. Topics discussed include the creation of the Carbonari movement in Italy from 1820-1821, the internalization of some Italians by the Egyptian government in various centration camps who treated as war prisoners after the Second World War, and the introduction of Freemasonry as an important expressions of the presence Italian in the country which began before Italy's unification.
