- Abstract
The article presents a study on the association of 44 Shar-Pei dogs with copy number variations CanFam 2.0 chr13:23,746,089-23,762,189 (CNV-1) and CanFam 2.0 chr13:23,743,906-23,758,214 (CNV-2). The study showed that 16 Shar-Pei susceptible to Familial Shar-Pei Fever (FSF) revealed 6.94 average of CNV-1 copy number. It revealed that Shar-Pei dogs discovered no association of FSF with CNV-2 or CNV-1 copy numbers.
