- Abstract
The article discusses the case of a 37 year old man presented due to low back pain for the last 2 weeks and claimed he was treated for lung tuberculosis 16 years ago. Topics discussed include findings of fusion deformity between the third and fourth vertebral bodies and was prescribed with rest, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug and myorelaxants after noting that TB was not reactivated. It highlights the importance of detailed questioning of medical history as part of physical examination.
