- Abstract
The article offers information on airline development in African countries including Nigeria, Ghana and Rwanda. The government of Nigeria has intensified airport safety measures relative to an attempted bombing linked with the al-Qaeda organization. Ghana was able to take on a full body scanner installed in Kotoka International Airport in Accra, Ghana as a countermeasure against possible terrorist attacks. Rwanda's airline company, RwandAir, plans to expand its fleet to cope with the demand.
