- Abstract
The article presents a study which examines the effect of allopurinol co-prescription in patients with atopic dermatitis (AD) and chronic hand/foot eczema who undergo azathioprine (AZA) treatment. The study is investigated by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), statistical analyses, and Mann-Whitney U test. Results show that allopurinol co-prescription provides an improvement in treatment outcome.
