- Abstract
The article focuses on the fabrication of high-quality gold (Au) Fresnel zone plates (FZPs) for various x-ray microscopy application with different kiloelectron volt (KeV) ranges. It states that the diffraction efficiencies (DE) was measured as 60-80% and DE loss was attributed to the density of electroplated Au. It mentions that good quality of FZP was manifested by uniform DE, uniformity of zones, and absence of defects.
