- Abstract
The types of C4 alkylation technology are introduced. The main technologies such as sulfuric acid method, hydrofluoric acid method, ionic liquid method and solid acid method are compared and analyzed in terms of reactor type, process parameters, energy and material consumption. Select the sulfuric acid method, hydrofluoric acid method and ionic liquid method with existing application performance, conduct technical and economic evaluation under the unified benchmark, parameters and price, and give comprehensive evaluation opinions and suggestions. The comparison results show that the economy of sulfuric acid alkylation is between hydrofluoric acid method and ionic liquid method, and there is still room for improvement in reducing the cost of ionic liquid alkylation. The domestic sulfuric acid alkylation technology has advantages over the imported technology in economy due to its low investment and similar technical indexes.
