- Abstract
The article discusses the purpose of rationalization and limitation of expert treaties. It depicts the purpose of these two terms as to rationalize the doctrine by recognizing the genuine facts to impeach an opposing expert and thereby limiting the present scope of the doctrine. It presents information on the use of treaties and describes the current state of affairs. It identifies credibility theory of logical relevance to explain the scope of impeachment of expert publications.
