The article explores ways in which law schools can effectively promote diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging and accessibility (DEIBA) initiatives in the U.S. Topics discussed include the appointment of DEIBA deans, the importance of commitment from the faculty, staff and administration on the success of the DEIBA mission, and the role of students in co-creating DEIBA change.
