- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 55 year old man with a massive ulcerated tumor of the posterior neck skin and occiput which is also contaminated by myiasis. Radical resection of the tumor, skin, soft tissue and muscle and outer cortex of the occipital calvarium and skull base were performed. The study concludes that locally advanced or metastatic lesions should focus on quality of life and symptom control.
