The article discusses the interpersonal relationships between the music therapist and patients with profound intellectual and multiple disabilities (PIMD). It highlights the use of music therapy to improve the communication skills of patients with multiple disabilities. It cites the quality of life (QoL) of people with PIMD affected by multi-dimensional factors.
