- Abstract
The article focuses on a study related to demonstrate pathogenesis role of Harvey rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog (HRAS) gene mutation in benign proto-oncogene B-Raf (BRAF) gene inhibitor associated tumors. It mentions BRAF inhibitors mainly vemurafenib and dabrafenib as the standard treatment for BRAF mutated metastasized melanoma. It also mention ultra violet sensitivity, exanthemas and keratosis as the side effects of BRAF inhibitors.
