Renal Ventures Management, LLC regarding the pleading of evidence of a scheme of fraudulent behavior with the qui tam actions under the False Claims Act (FCA). It mentions that Rule 9(b) of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure heightened pleading requirement for fraud.
