- Abstract
The article presents the case of an 18-year old boy who was presented with dextrotransposition of the great arteries (D-TGA) after Mustard palliation. After undertaking echocardiography, the patient was found to have a large leak in the superior limb of the Mustard repair. Using a transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE) and angiographic guidance, a Numed polytetra-fluoroethylene-covered stent was mounted on a Numed BiB balloon catheter.
