- Abstract
The article discusses immigration reform in America and a call for an increased use of prosecutorial discretion in regards to issues related to the nation's immigration laws, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and America's Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) as of January 2014. The legal rights of young immigrants in America are mentioned, along with humanitarian aid and the nation's refugee and asylum laws. Border enforcement procedures and deportable aliens are examined.
