- Abstract
The article focuses on the inadequacies in the Zackery Lystedt Law, a youth concussion legislation of Ohio in order to address the public health issue of sport-related brain injury. Topics discussed include failure to protect youth athletes from traumatic brain injuries, including concussions, comparison of the Ohio legislation on concussions with the other states legislation such as Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and the reasons for the ineffectiveness of the Ohio legislation.
