- Abstract
The article focuses on the study of a major depressive disorder comorbid severe hydrocephalus caused by Arnold-Chiari malformation. It cites the 36-year-old married male farmer who was admitted to the psychiatry clinic with depressive symptoms and suicidal thoughts. It also mentions the clinical observations of the patient and his ACM diagnosis, which was the cause of the patient's depression and anxiety.
