- Abstract
The article focuses on a study of an acute-care 12 bed hospital situated in remote north-west Western Australia, which reviewed all attendances using the electronic patient database. The study found that a profound effect on improving attendance rates could be created by a simple, evidence-based measures supporting community participation in health service delivery decisions.
