- Abstract
An essay is presented on the analysis the path to enlightenment developed by Buddhist goddess Tārā. It offers information on the belief of the Buddhist that gender is just another facet of life's impermanence and falls away in the process of enlightenment. The author discusses the enlightened consciousness transcends dualistic thinking, including the male-female dichotomy, as well as the Buddhist teachings.
