- Abstract
The article discusses about the genomic and expression analysis of B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (BCP-All). Mutations and rearrangements detected in BCP-ALL affect genes coding for transcriptional regulators. Experiments involving activating mutation in TSLPR gene is described and the result indicate that TSLPRF232C is able to induce a myeloproliferative-like syndrome in a bone marrow transplant mouse model. Also charts of the results are presented.
