The article presents a case study of a 39-year-old male with severe haemophilia A undergoing total left knee replacement (TKR) because of severe haemophilic arthropathy. An intermittent pneumatic compression (IPC) device was used for thromboprophylaxis throughout the hospitalization. The patient has experienced significant improvement in mobility since his surgery.
