The article describes the case of a 59-year-old man diagnosed with left temporomandibular joint (TMJ) herniation. Topics include symptoms of patients with TMJ herniation including hearing loss, otorrhea, and clicking tiinnitus; etiology resulting in the TM herniation; and factors affecting the management of TMJ herniation.
