- Abstract
The article reports on the standards in in situ metals precipitation as part of ground water remediation. According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), there is more than 70% federally regulated clean up sites face challenges in remediation of ground water containing metal compounds. Accordingly, the process of in situ metal precipitation requires substantial assessment on the precipitation strategies, effectiveness, permanence, and analytical techniques.
